SURPRISE DANCE MOB

I wanted to do a surprise dance number for our wedding guests. To organize this, I reached out to our friends who live in Toronto (where we live) and would be attending our wedding. We managed to get a good number of people who are keen to participate. The next step is to figure out the choreography and find a studio to practice.
I contacted The Wedding Choreographers or TWC for short, their owner is Minerva Maharajh who I never got to meet but we exchanged numerous emails. We paid two payments of $226 through email interac transfers, this entitled us to get assigned a choreographer who would design our routine. We get 4 sessions with the choreographer, each is an hour long.
I was asked to pick a song, my choice was "My House" by Flo Rida. Our dance routine would be just under 2 minutes long, they would edit the song to suit our routine (change the beat, cut the unnecessary parts and so on). We didn't have to buy the song through iTunes or anything, they gave us the finished and edited file.
We had to find our own space to practice, so to be fair to everyone I chose a downtown spot. I found Afro Latino Dance Company which is located at 901 Yonge St, this was perfect for us. They charged me $45.20 per hour to use Studio A which was their biggest space, with mirrors and air conditioning. Speakers were already provided, all you need is to bring your phone (or other device) to play the song. I paid by email interac transfers as well, so I never met their manager, Albena de Assis, in person.
TWC gave us Amber, who was very nice and patient. We were not model students and we kept forgetting the routine. However, through her dedication and hard work, we did pretty well. You can see our evolution from the beginning to the end from these videos:
